In strict adherence to consumer data privacy standards, our public shipment tracking portal masks sensitive residential street addresses (displaying only city, province, and postal FSA prefix) and hides recipient phone numbers from unauthenticated viewers. Complete street-level addresses are accessible exclusively to authenticated account owners and authorized dispatch personnel.

4. Fleet Courier Telematics & Location Safeguards

Driver live vehicle telemetry and GPS coordinates are utilized solely as internal operational telemetry for safety, route optimization, and milestone recording. Continuous real-time coordinate streaming is never broadcast publicly, protecting driver privacy and security while in transit.

5. Data Retention & Privacy Officer Contact

Waybill delivery records, Proof of Delivery signatures, and financial invoices are retained for the statutory period required under Canadian tax and transport laws.
